Law Firm SEO Services

Jonathan Mahler · 6 min read

Law firm SEO services is the hire query. The operator guide lives on the law firm SEO hub. This page is for owners who already know they need search and are trying to buy it without getting a ranking PDF and a locked CMS.

SEO services for law firms fail the same way paid media fails: the vendor optimizes a metric the managing partner cannot spend. Rankings moved. Nobody can say which page produced a retained client. I will not pretend that is a reporting problem. It is a product problem.

What you are actually buying

A useful SEO engagement owns four things the firm can inspect:

  • The website. If they cannot publish a practice-area or city page without a two-week ticket, they do not own onsite SEO. They rent a brochure.
  • Technical floor: crawlable HTML, canonicals, sitemap, schema, Core Web Vitals. Without that, content spend returns less.
  • Local: GBP, NAP, and one canonical page per city so you do not compete with yourself.
  • Attribution into intake. Source on the matter, or the monthly call is theater.

LawVert runs that as managed marketing under Cadence MSO. The live lab is Conduit Law: 668+ indexed pages, 7.61K Google clicks in twelve months, 162 organic-search leads and 66 SEO-attributed signed cases in the trailing year. Numbers and method are on the case study. They are not a promise about your market.

Law firm SEO company, agency, or expert

People type law firm SEO company, law firm SEO agency, and law firm SEO expert for the same job. Company and agency are how you hire. Expert is how you hope the person on the call still does the work after month two.

There is no honest “best law firm SEO company.” Directories that sell that phrase are selling a list. Use criteria instead:

  • Do they show a site they actually operate, with indexed pages you can click?
  • Do they report signed-case cost, or only average position?
  • Will they say when a query is not worth a page? Thin city copies are how PI sites get ignored.
  • Do they keep lawyer advertising and organic from fighting for the same title? Paid belongs on PPC for lawyers, not stuffed into the SEO retainer as “also ads.”

Services vs the hub

Keep this URL for the buy decision. Keep /law-firm-seo for the operating model (technical, content depth, local architecture, measurement). The checklist is the DIY pass. Onsite and offsite stay supporting pages so we do not clone the hub.

Personal injury search is large enough to split: PI lawyer SEO and PI marketing. Do not buy a generic “attorney SEO” package and hope it covers Houston 18-wheeler queries.

Not a fit

If you want a tool login and no operator, this is the wrong offer. If you want legal AI or a firm brain, that is not LawVert. If you will not let anyone change the site, SEO services cannot work. The compounding piece is pages you actually publish.

Book a 15-minute strategy call if you want the work run, not a deck about the work.
