What search produced
Clicks are the leading indicator. Signed cases are the point.
Over the year ending 2026-08-25, Conduit Law recorded 162 organic-search leads and 66 signed cases attributed to SEO. Paid lead vendors still move more volume. SEO is the channel that compounds without buying the next click.

The stack behind it
668+ pages, four states, city pages with actual local facts
Location architecture carries court districts, courthouses, dangerous roads, and trauma centers so each city URL is genuinely unique. Practice-area hubs, calculators, and a blog sit on the same Next.js 15 pipeline: canonicals, schema, metadata limits, and a validation gate that blocks hardcoded phone numbers before deploy.

Run on our own money first.
Most agencies learn Meta on your budget. We learned it on ours: four years of Facebook and Instagram for Conduit Law, a personal injury firm we own. 722 signed cases, as of Aug 2026.
What that took: landing pages rebuilt until cost per click fell by half. Same-day intake — a PI lead that waits overnight is gone. Instant Forms only where they become retainers, not where they pad the lead count.
What we'll tell you that others won't: Meta CPMs jumped hard from 2023 to 2026. Cost per signed went up with them. Year-by-year spend and cost per signed are for the call, not a landing page.
What changed, without the dollar grid: CO only → KS added → landing page rebuilt. Conduit Law, Nov 2022–Aug 2026. Signed = retainer executed.
Why it matters for your firm
LawVert runs this playbook for client firms: page architecture that can scale, content that answers commercial intent, technical hygiene, and measurement in Search Console — not rankings theater. Conduit Law is the live reference.
These figures are historical results for one firm. They are not a promise of future clicks, leads, or signed cases. Other markets, starting points, and timelines will differ.
